Description: The Oriental Garden shall consider special projects to enhance and beautify the Oriental Garden at Gordon Moore Park. The Oriental Garden Committee may from time to time make recommendations to the City Council for expenditures from the Oriental Garden Fund for specific projects to enhance or beautify the Oriental Garden.
